Yesterday our friends over at Idolator turned us on to the new movie making service, Animoto. It's (kinda) free, easy and well designed. I give it two and a half stars out of four. Anyway, to test it out, I made this short film. It's called "My Dusty Life" and features the music of my favorite Swede, Jens Lekman. Enjoy.
I haven't been this creeped out since I watched this.
Wikipedia tells me that Jens Lekman was once referred to as Rocky Dennis. I don't even have a joke here.
oh you're so quiet, Dusty
For those of you unfamiliar with Jens, I can't recommend him highly enough. He's usually not this spare and haunting, he's a good time. Also his shows never feature Dusty Baker holding a giant fish.
Tremendous!
This is not the opposite of hallelujah
"and features the music of my favorite Swede, Jens Lekman"
How many Swedes do you know?
My favorite Swede.
My favorite Swede:

My least favorie Swede is the Ikia guy. I hate that fucker. Why does a dresser have to come in 10,000 parts
I hit play thinking, "Please be 'Opposite of Hallelujah.' Please be 'Opposite of Hallelujah.'"
Even though it wasn't, not a bad job by any means.
I laughed; I cried; it was better than "Cats". I would cut Camp Tiger Claw with a Dusty Baker lineup card (never used!) again and again.
If only I could find an MP3 of "Go, Joe Charbonneau".
