I wish I had some sort of amazing final thoughts on baseball to share with youse before my week is up, but... I don't. So instead I'm going to type up these Weekend Questions and head to the bar!

Thanks to Rob for letting me do yeoman work this week, and thanks to all of you for commenting. I will be back reviewing baseball movies next week, something I do not need to get up early in the morning to do. Hooray!

2003 Phillies program scan by jjway2006; off the top of my head, the players pictured are (clockwise from bottom right): Todd Pratt, Tyler Houston, some dude (Nick Punto, perhaps?), Ricky Ledee, Jason Michaels and the Pie Man himself, Tomas Perez. Note: I could be wrong.

Nice work, dmac!

Thanks dmac! You shone like a beacon of hilarious light from your perch in PA. I'll bring back some Gee Gee's cheese fries for ya.

You're the coolest, dmac. Not as cool as Ricky Ledee, but cool nonetheless.

Way to be, DMac. You were 6-for-6 on your 2003 Phillies ID quiz, by the way. Jason Michaels STILL makes me want to punch his smarmy face. You're not Dutch from Karate Kid, Jason, and you'll never be no matter how hard you try.

Not pictured but still got more ABs that year than Michaels, Punto, or Houston? Chase Utley.

Also, Topps can blow me. Still.

Looks like Nick Punto was on steroids back then. I wish he still was. If there comes a day that they release the names on the 2003 steroid list and Nick Punto is on there, that day will easily rank in the top 5 greatest days of my life.

BC's last comment was juicing.

You did good, dmac. You did good.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Looks like Guy Clark was on steroids, too.

I think they were on hair-roids, which is when your bleached-blond 'do becomes rage-filled and intolerable.

Nick Punto LOVED Bo Jackson when he was a kid.

Punto knows homage.

Great work, dmac.

Also: I went to last night's D'Bags/Pirates game. All I have to say is this: GO TO A GAME AT PNC PARK. Holy effing crap is that ballpark incredible...

PNC Park is nice but Citizens Bank Park is better because they actually have, you know, a lively crowd from time to time.

Well, Rob, it's no secret that the biggest flaw PNC Park has is the fact that it's the home of the Pirates. It'd be, like, baseball mecca if the Pirates were any good...

Going to "The Stadium" tonight, suck it iracane. What are the must-try food items? In in section 414.
